REVIVE YOUR LIFE

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY

Established in 2004, Active Life Physical Therapy offers over two decades of experience in delivering effective, evidence-informed care. Our practice is grounded in a patient-centered approach, with an emphasis on functional recovery, movement efficiency, and long-term wellness. We specialize in holistic orthopedic care, addressing not only symptoms but underlying biomechanical imbalances. Whether you are recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or seeking performance optimization, our treatment plans are tailored to support your specific goals.

As needed, we collaborate with a trusted network of local providers-including acupuncturists, counselors, massage therapists, and fitness professionals-to ensure comprehensive, interdisciplinary support.

Our goal is to help you restore strength, mobility, and alignment-so you can return to the activities you value with greater confidence and reduced risk of re-injury. Let us support you in achieving lasting physical health and overall well-being.

PRACTITIONERS

Leslie Wallace, MS, MPT

Leslie Wallace  |  MS, MPT  |  Founder/Owner

Before launching Active Life in 2004, Leslie spent six years at the Eugene Sports and Orthopaedic Medical Center, deepening her knowledge in orthopedic and sports-related care. Leslie specializes in treating musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction using a whole-body approach. Guided by the Tensegrity model, she looks beyond the site of pain to understand how different parts of the body contribute to imbalance or injury. Her process includes a full-body assessment, targeted hands-on treatment, and personalized movement retraining.

Education is at the heart of her work. Leslie teaches each client how to maintain mobility and stability through customized stretching and strengthening—always grounded in neutral posture and healthy alignment.

Leslie is currently unable to accept new clients/patients.
